Hi, my name is Uri Goren and I am editor of e-Pochondriac a digital health and digital marketing in Israel. I have extensive experience in the health and pharmaceutical marketing communication. In 2016 I joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as the Digital Experience lead for the Israeli division of Innovative pharma solutions. From 2013 until mid 2016 i was the GM of an agency i founded with the name of this blog. The agency was focused on providing innovative digital health and digital marketing solutions to the healthcare industry in Israel. Since 2009 until early 2013 I worked for the Neopharm Group, an Israeli pharmaceutical and medical device group of companies, as the PR and digital media manager.
Prior to that I was the head of the healthcare division at the Shalom Tel Aviv PR agency and for Euro RSCG Tel Aviv agency working with large pharmaceutical companies including Sanofi-Aventis and MSD, as well as Lundbeck, Reckitt Benckieser. I have also worked with health organisation such as Clalit Health Services, The Israeli Society for Plastic Surgery, and the Israel Society of Anesthesiologists.
In the last few years i have also gave multiple lectures in Israeli and international conferences on Digital health and Digital marketing in the Pharmaceutical business.
I have a B.A in Communication and Management from the College of Management and an M.A in Philosophy and Digital Culture from the Tel Aviv University.
